These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and Storm Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the PlantFCE suite of applications (“App”) and the plantfce.com website (“Site”). By accessing or using our App and Site, you agree to comply with these Terms.
By using our App and Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
You may have the ability to submit or upload content (e.g., annotations, comments) through the App or Site (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce this content to provide our services.
We offer a 30-day refund policy for all paid subscriptions to the PlantFCE suite. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Please note the following conditions apply:
Eligibility: Refunds are only available for first-time subscriptions and must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Renewals and subsequent payments after the initial subscription period are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exclusions: Refunds may not be available if you violate our Terms of Service or use the application for prohibited activities.
Non-Refundable Fees: Certain transaction or processing fees (if any) incurred at the time of payment may not be refundable, depending on the payment gateway’s policy.

You agree not to use the App or Site to:
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the App and Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and code, are owned by or licensed to Storm Consulting. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
Your use of the App and Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, Site, or any content provided therein.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storm Consulting and its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the App or Site following the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App and Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or our business interests.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, unless otherwise required by law.
